Lori is Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) who received her training at the Denver Integrated Massage School. Additionally, she is a Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist (CMLDT) in the Vodder technique through Klose Training. Licensed to practice in Colorado and Wyoming, Lori is happy to provide clients with a multitude of massage techniques including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Cupping, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and Aromatherapy. She combines her knowledge of these techniques to create individual massage plans for every client.

Never one to stop exploring the best ways to help people, Lori become a Certified Herbalist through Herbalism Roots in December 2025. She looks forward to bringing in herbal solutions for her clients to benefit their wellness journeys.

After 20 years of working in the non-profit sector, Lori decided to pursue her dream of becoming a certified yoga teacher, massage therapist, and life coach. In 2022, she opened Pure Elite Mind and Body to provide client-focused health and wellness services to help build a healthier community.
